Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

About the IKVGC

  • The International Kidney Vasculitis & Glomerular Center (IKVGC) is the subspecialty practice of Dr. Reza Zonozi within the Nephrology Associates of Northern Virginia (NANV). The center focuses on the diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of autoimmune kidney diseases - particularly vasculitis and many forms of complex glomerular disorders. IKVGC combines advanced clinical care, cutting-edge diagnostics, clinical research, and compassionate patient support.

  • IKVGC is a nephrology-based center led by a board-certified nephrologist. Because kidney involvement often mirrors or drives systemic autoimmune disease, effective treatment for the kidney can frequently improve the entire body’s condition. When needed, Dr. Zonozi coordinates care with otolaryngology (ENT), ophthalmology, pulmonology, rheumatology, hematology/oncology, infectious disease, and maternal-fetal medicine, among others.

  • To schedule an appointment, please contact Nephrology Associates of Northern Virginia directly at nanvonline.com. Or see our contact page.
